​Kevin possesses a strong regulatory background in aircraft maintenance and technology, with emphasis on transaction based requirements of large, transport-category aircraft, engines and assets. 

Kevin has performed in-depth Transactional Surveys (Pre-purchase; Redelivery; End-of-Life Part-Out's) on well over 70 commercial airliners after extensive audits of aircraft maintenance records and thorough conformity inspections, including test and/or demonstration flight oversight.  Many of these transactions involved maintenance bridging between leases with associated process management.

Kevin has represented and advised many of the world's largest leasing companies; financial, legal and regulatory entities during commercial transactions and navigates well between boardroom, headquarters and hangar personnel, with an easy going style and dogged determination for perfection! 

Kevin has delivered, surveyed or re-delivered commercial transport category aircraft in over 30 countries around the world, and is well versed in international regulatory relationships.
